THE CODILIS FAMILY OF FIRMS

​Established in 1977 to provide legal services throughout the state of Illinois, Codilis & Associates, P.C. is celebrating more than forty years of serving the needs of its clients.

Over the next four decades, the Codilis family of firms continued to expand its reach, with its affiliated firms opening in the following states:

​EXPERIENCE

Since 1977 the Codilis firms have endured every ebb and flow of the economy from the S&L Crisis to the oil recession, and the Dot-com bubble to the Great Recession.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Codilis has continued to serve its clients despite unprecedented challenges and has even enhanced its practice areas. From expanding our real estate and real estate lender practice, and adding new loss mitigation assistance programs; to providing additional commercial and origination, Codilis continually adapts to meet its clients’ evolving needs.

The Codilis firms believe that success starts at the team level. With more than 150+ employees with 10+ years of tenure, 60 employees with 15+ years of tenure, 30+ employees with 20+ years of tenure, and (last we counted) 25 employees with 25+ years of tenure, we hope our clients continue to entrust the experienced Codilis team.
